Which Electronic Cigarette?

With so many cowboys popping up and so many apparent choices I wanted to weigh in on the common question “Which e-cig should I buy?”.  Now obviously, as the President, I am going to say you should choose blu, but the purpose of this article is to factually explain why blu is the best choice. After all I am a customer also and have smoked every product out there. Ultimately it’s your decision but I hope this article helps and if you don’t choose blu then at least I can say, you were warned!

First things first, if you are not a smoker you should not be buying electronic cigarettes, period. These products are designed for smokers and people looking to switch from tobacco cigarettes to a better and possibly healthier alternative.

So what to look for in an Electronic Cigarette?

Here are the general rules you should stick to:

1. USA Made Flavors: This rule seems obvious but I am still shocked to see people purchasing products with the ingestible ingredients (juice) made in China. If I was going to start milk or other food products tomorrow I wouldn’t for a million years look to make it in China. When I first started developing blu this was a huge area of concern for me. I would get liquid formulas and ingredients from the Chinese manufacturers and they would list ingredients that weren’t even real, just made up words. Big red flag when I’m going to put these contents in my body. The unfortunate aspect of our industry is now other companies are mixing the liquid here (purchased from China) and calling it American made. Disgusting but true so be careful and don’t assume American Made claims are true.
2. Support: make sure the company you choose can support you 24/7. Ecigs are electronics essentially and being so small and intricate you will have problems; so make sure you can actually pick up the phone and talk to them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After all, you are dealing with a habit here that can’t wait until they decide to answer an email or return a call. Our customer service is 24/7 and is in-house, they are located directly below my office right now as we speak.
3. Will they be around tomorrow?: please please please choose a company that will be around longer than it takes for your package to arrive. Unlike regular cigarettes ecigs need accessories and cartridges so don’t get stuck buying a $100 paperweight. When I started blu it was for the long term and while I am bias some of the other choices out there have and will be selling miracle erection pills as soon as regulations come on board and again you’ll be the one who loses.

In general I strongly believe blu is the best product on the market and while biased it’s based on our standards, sales, product development, quality control, and the overwhelming response from the market. Not to mention the team we have here and how extremely passionate everyone is about the product and more importantly the customers. We continue to develop and strive for more.  Since day one we have not taken one cent out in profits, everything is put back into the business because we are in this for the long haul. We spend so much time and money on product development, we have independent firms overseeing our production and constant random testing.

I guess this is why it’s so frustrating for me to watch products land on the market daily that are purely motivated by profit, that cut corners and ultimately ruin it for everyone, particularly the consumer.
